Positions Available:
- Dental Assistant
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor with all dental procedures and patient charting
- Take an active role in scheduling patients
- Assist the doctor with lab work and organizing lab cases
- Take high quality radiographs
- Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance
- Follow all OSHA guidelines
- Assist hygienist(s) when requested
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Active State Dental Assisting license
- 2+ years of hands-on Dental Assistance experience
- Experience with digital scanning, CBCT, and implant dentistry is preferred, but not mandatory
- Must have experience in restorative as well as oral surgery procedures
- Current radiography certification required
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training as required by law
- Open Dental experience
- Basic understanding of dental insurance preferred
